Revolution Systems was created in 2007 by 3 longtime system builders in Iowa. The goal was always to provide low cost/high quality systems and follow up with great support.
Our name is twofold... We want to start a computer revolution, giving people the chance to break out of the same corporate computer mold they've always been in, buying a mass built bulk system using some of the cheapest components available. We test every machine before it goes out the door, we test every component in the machine before it gets the ok, and we only use name brand hardware with a reliable track record. If we wouldn't have it in our homes we wouldn't sell it to you.
The other part of our name comes from the fact that every revolution starts small, we're not a major company. We are a group of knowledgable enthusiasts who want your computer experience to be the best it can be.
Sometimes your computer experience all about transparency, not even having to think about your computer or the software, that's why we've chosen to install Ubuntu on every system.
